Syntegration

Syntegration is a designed and orchestrated set of conversations that integrate the perspectives and knowledge of thirty people in the context of a major theme and twelve subtopics.

Thirty people Twelve topics Two topics per person Five people per topic Three roles (team member, critic, observer)

The logistics (choreography) of a syntegration are slightly complicated. But the participants do not experience the complexity, they simply play their three roles when and where assigned. The multiple perspectives of thirty people spread throughout the whole group.

Below is a graph illustrating one possible set of topics & teams and the persons assigned to teams. This is a systegration that I would be interested in participating--at the level of a particular neighborhood.

Persistent Syntegrating or ongoing syntegrations seems like a possibility.
