Yesterday Thompson Morrison introduced me to Takashi Iba's extension of the domain of pattern languages. Two papers:

I copied each of the PDFs in the this list to my iPad PDF reader and have begun reading them. My hope is that by the time I have digested them I will be able to organize neighborhood scale pattern languages for the Neighborhood Functions and Critical Basic Needs.
My explorations of Patterns of Commoning seemed to lead no where. Too general. I want to end up closer to William Schindel's approach in Pattern Based System Engineering.
